Are you offering video or phone sessions?
Yes! Right now I offer therapy sessions exclusively via video and phone. My license enables me to see clients currently residing in the state of California.
What are your fees and forms of payment?
Please contact me to learn about my current rates. For video and phone sessions, credit card is the only form of payment accepted. Your card information will be securely stored prior to your appointment, and charged after the appointment has concluded.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not directly accept health insurance, but I can provide an invoice that will contain all information needed by your insurance company to process a claim for services. I would be considered an out-of-network provider. You can find out if your insurance company provides reimbursement by calling their customer service number and asking if they reimburse for out-of-network mental health providers, and if so, at what rate/percentage. It may also be helpful to ask about deductibles, copays, sessions conducted via video or phone, and session limits. If you have a FSA or HSA, you could submit a copy of your receipt to use your pre-tax dollars or are welcome to use an HSA credit card.
